  • How long is the manufacturer’s guarantee on all items?

    The guarantee is 12 months (excluding wear/tear/misuse)

  • I tried to ring to place an order over the phone but the line was busy, can you ring me?

    Yes, send us a message via email explaining that you are wanting to place an order with your phone number and a member of our team will call you directly.

  • How reliable are your carrier’s delivery estimates?

    We currently have a 98% success rate.

  • How much time do I have in order to report damage caused in transit?

    7 Working days (within 24 hours preferable).

  • Will I need to assemble the items?

    Yes, all items (unless stated) are flat-packed however sometimes we can assist.

  • Can I have my order delivered to a non UK-Mainland address?

  • Can I have a faster delivery?

    Standard deliveries are usually made within 2 working days however we do offer a faster delivery option - additional fees will apply, please call our team on 01254 692888.

  • Can I specify a delivery Date?

  • Can I specify a delivery time?

    Unfortunately the carriers we use do not offer this however please call our team on 01254 692888 to see if a member of the team can assist.

  • Can I have a Saturday Delivery?

    Yes - an additional fee will apply depending on the order, please call our team on 01254 692888.

  • What does delivery on a pallet mean?

    A pallet delivery is one where to protect your order we will secure items to a wooden pallet to prevent movement and further protect the goods.

  • Do I as a customer have to do anything different with a pallet delivery?

    The way we dispatch and deliver is different – we will pay the additional fee for our carriers to contact you directly to arrange the delivery with you at a convenient time (as we recommend that two persons are present) as delivery would be to Kerbside Only.

  • Can I collect?

    Yes collection is fine from our Blackburn Warehouse, please contact us over the phone on 01254 692888 and give 24-48 hours notice so that we can prepare your order for collection.

  • Can I have my order delivered to an alternative address?

    Yes, please inform us via a message on email as soon as the order is made. (If change of address is made too late then an additional fee will be charged)

  • What happens if the delivery fails?

    In the unlikely event that the delivery fails our carriers will leave a calling card. If the delivery has been booked with the pallet delivery firm and you are not present then a redelivery charge will apply.
