What does delivery on a pallet mean?
A pallet delivery is one where to protect your order we will secure items to a wooden pallet to prevent movement and further protect the goods.
Do I as a customer have to do anything different with a pallet delivery?
The way we dispatch and deliver is different – we will pay the additional fee for our carriers to contact you directly to arrange the delivery with you at a convenient time (as we recommend that two persons are present) as delivery would be to Kerbside Only.
Can I collect?
Yes collection is fine from our Blackburn Warehouse, please contact us over the phone on 01254 692888 and give 24-48 hours notice so that we can prepare your order for collection.
Can I have my order delivered to an alternative address?
Yes, please inform us via a message on email as soon as the order is made. (If change of address is made too late then an additional fee will be charged)
What happens if the delivery fails?
In the unlikely event that the delivery fails our carriers will leave a calling card. If the delivery has been booked with the pallet delivery firm and you are not present then a redelivery charge will apply.
